Ștergerea datelor — AnyField

AnyField este o aplicație folosită la locul de muncă. Datele colectate (locație GPS, fotografii, scanări, pontaj) sunt înregistrări de lucru, proprietatea organizației care a instalat aplicația (angajatorul), care este operatorul de date. Din acest motiv aceste date nu pot fi șterse de către angajat din aplicație.

Cum ceri ștergerea datelor

  1. Contactează întâi organizația/angajatorul care ți-a pus la dispoziție aplicația — este operatorul de date și decide asupra păstrării și ștergerii.
  2. Dacă ne scrii nouă, la office@ergiss.ro, cu subiectul „Ștergere date AnyField”, în calitate de împuternicit (procesator) transmitem cererea către operatorul corespunzător și te punem în legătură cu el.
  3. Include în mesaj: numele tău, organizația/angajatorul și, dacă îl știi, codul de utilizator din aplicație.

Ce date sunt vizate

Locație GPS atașată raportărilor, fotografii din teren, coduri scanate, marcaje de timp/pontaj și identificatorul de utilizator și de dispozitiv, stocate pe serverul angajatorului.

Termen

Cererile transmise sunt soluționate de operator conform politicilor sale interne și legislației aplicabile (GDPR), de regulă în cel mult 30 de zile. Ergiss doar înlesnește legătura, nu decide asupra ștergerii.

Data Deletion — AnyField

AnyField is an app used at work. The data it collects (GPS location, photos, scans, timekeeping) are work records owned by the organization that deployed the app (the employer), which is the data controller. For this reason, this data cannot be deleted by the employee from within the app.

How to request deletion

  1. First contact the organization/employer that provided you with the app — it is the data controller and decides on retention and deletion.
  2. If you write to us at office@ergiss.ro with the subject “AnyField data deletion”, as the processor we forward the request to the relevant controller and put you in touch with them.
  3. Please include: your name, the organization/employer and, if known, your app user code.

What data is covered

GPS location attached to reports, field photos, scanned codes, timestamps/timekeeping, and the user and device identifiers, stored on the employer's server.

Timeframe

Forwarded requests are handled by the controller according to its internal policies and applicable law (GDPR), normally within 30 days. Ergiss only facilitates the contact and does not decide on deletion.
